Delete Your Aayu Account & Data

Aayu (operated by ASHT Innovations) lets you permanently delete your account and the personal and health data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

How to request deletion

To delete your Aayu account and associated data, send us an email:

  • 1. Email support@DrAayu.com from the email address registered to your Aayu account.
  • 2. Use the subject line Delete My Account – [your registered phone number]

Sending from your registered email and including your registered phone number lets us verify that you own the account before we delete anything — an important safeguard for your sensitive health data. If we cannot verify ownership from your request, we may ask for additional confirmation.

What gets deleted

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the data associated with your account, including:

  • Account & identification data: name, contact number, email address, and login credentials.
  • Health & medical data: medical history, diagnostic results, treatment details, prescriptions, and laboratory records you uploaded.
  • Technical & usage data: device identifiers, IP address, operating system, browser type, geolocation (if enabled), and analytics linked to your account.
  • Communication data: your support inquiries and feedback.

A limited set of records may be kept only where retention is required by law; for details, see our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days of confirming account ownership, unless a longer period is required by law. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
